These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the UTS Travels website and any booking made with UTS Travels (Ultimate Solutions Travels FZE) for flights, hotels, UAE tours, visas, Umrah packages, or corporate travel services. By using our website or making a booking, you agree to these terms.
1. Bookings & Confirmation
A booking is confirmed once we have received full or partial payment (where installments are used) and issued a confirmation to you. Please check all names, dates, and details carefully, as airlines, hotels, and other suppliers may charge fees for corrections after booking.
2. Pricing & Payments
Prices are quoted in AED unless stated otherwise and are subject to change until full payment is received, due to factors such as airline fare changes, exchange rates, or supplier pricing. We accept payment by card and offer Buy Now, Pay Later options through Tabby and Tamara, allowing you to split the cost of your booking into installments, subject to their approval and terms.
3. Cancellations & Refunds
Cancellation and refund terms depend on the airline, hotel, tour operator, or service provider involved in your booking, and may include non-refundable amounts or cancellation fees. Please contact our team as soon as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule, and we will advise you of the options and any applicable charges.
4. Visa & Umrah Services
We assist with visa applications and Umrah arrangements, but visa approval is at the sole discretion of the relevant embassy, consulate, or government authority, and Umrah permits are subject to the relevant religious and government authorities. UTS Travels is not responsible for visa or permit rejections, and fees paid for processing are generally non-refundable once an application has been submitted.
5. Travel Documents & Traveler Responsibility
It is your responsibility to ensure you have a valid passport, visa, and any other required travel documents, and to arrive at the airport or meeting point on time. UTS Travels is not liable for any loss, delay, or additional cost arising from missing or invalid travel documents.
6. Our Role & Liability
UTS Travels acts as an intermediary between you and airlines, hotels, tour operators, and other service providers, who are responsible for the actual delivery of their services. While we take care to work only with reputable suppliers, UTS Travels shall not be held liable for the acts, errors, omissions, delays, or cancellations caused by these third parties, or by events beyond our reasonable control (including force majeure events such as natural disasters, strikes, or government restrictions).
7. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, and any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, UAE.
