1. The programme
UTS Partners is run by Ultimate Solutions Travels FZE LLC (“UTS Travels”). Approved partners earn commission on bookings from customers they refer by WhatsApp, by their partner link or by their promo code.
2. Commission
- Default rates: 2% of the amount paid on tours and holidays; AED 50 per traveller on Umrah by air and AED 20 per traveller on Umrah by bus; AED 20 per hotel booking; AED 15 per visa; AED 10 per flight ticket; for flight and hotel booked together (not Umrah), AED 10 per ticket plus AED 20 for the hotel. Your agreed rates are shown in your partner dashboard.
- Commission is earned only on bookings that are paid in full. Refunds, date changes, baggage, seats and insurance do not earn commission.
- Each booking can be credited to one partner only. If two partners refer the same customer, the first valid referral counts.
- If a customer already contacted or booked with us in the 90 days before your referral, it is not a new referral and cannot be credited.
- Commission is approved 7 days after the customer travels or the service is delivered. Cancelled or refunded bookings are reversed; if commission was already paid, it is deducted from your next payout.
3. Payouts
Approved commission is paid by bank transfer on the 1st of each month once it reaches AED 250. Smaller amounts roll over. Payouts are made only to a UAE bank account in your own name, and we need a copy of your passport before your first payout. If you change your bank details, payouts pause for 7 days for your security. You are responsible for any taxes on your earnings.
4. What you may not do
- Refer yourself, use your own link or code for your own bookings, or create fake customers or bookings.
- Bid on “UTS Travels” or similar terms in paid search or social ads.
- Post fake reviews, spam, or misleading claims about prices, visas or services.
- Present yourself as UTS Travels staff. Paid posts must be clearly marked (for example #ad).
- Share customers’ details with us without their permission.
5. Records
Every commission is recorded against our booking reference and shown in your dashboard with its status. Payout statements list the bookings paid and any deductions.
6. Changes and ending
UTS Travels may change rates or these terms with notice by email or WhatsApp, and may pause or close a partner account that breaks these terms. Commission earned fairly before closure will still be paid. You can leave at any time.
